You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, takes physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can also fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement on our website www.acta-boardsports.com. In order for the withdrawal period to be observed, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
In the event of your withdrawal from this Agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional charges arising from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you. We may defer the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return the product to us without delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is deemed to have been respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period.
You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
If it is an error of our share or in the case of a defective product, the expenses of returns will be dealt with by ACTA Boardsports.
In the case of an error on your part, the return of goods is at the expense and risk of the user (it is therefore advisable to declare the value of the goods and to take out insurance covering these risks with the carrier).
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
First, make sure that the returned items are new, in their original packaging and unassembled. Please do not remove the labels and preferably use the original box to avoid damage to the product and its packaging. If the labels have been removed, please return them with the items.
