Surfskate is above all a story about sharing. This summer, ACTA had the pleasure of supporting a great initiative led by Toulouse Surfskate, in partnership with La Dépêche Events, as part of the Le Campus event, organized with support from the Occitanie Region and the City of Toulouse.
For the occasion, we provided 12 ACTA surfskates, given to 12 content creators who came to discover this discipline during an introductory session.
A morning of discovery
For an hour, about fifteen Toulouse influencers, including Binobile, Gaé XP, Éline, Tristan, Maya, and Marcelin, took their first surfskate turns under the guidance of Toulouse Surfskate volunteers.
On the agenda : discovering balance, first kickturns, lots of laughs… and above all a friendly vibe that perfectly captures the spirit of the surfskate community.
More than a sport, a real state of mind
What struck the participants wasn't just the feeling of riding.
They also discovered a welcoming, kind, and passionate community. At Toulouse Surfskate, the goal isn't to make the best riders, but to let everyone progress at their own pace, whatever their level.
From 20-year-old beginners to riders over 60, everyone shares the same sessions, cheers each other on, and just enjoys a good time together.
A philosophy that perfectly matches ACTA's.
An experience that goes on
At the end of the session, each content creator left with their own ACTA surfskate.
A surprise that was a hit. Several of them said they wanted to keep practicing. Some even came back a few days later to join the "Sunset & Apéro" sessions run by the group.

Great visibility for surfskate
Throughout the event, the content creators shared their experience on social media through loads of stories and posts.
Toulouse Surfskate also made a Reel of the session, while Le Canal Média and La Dépêche shared the event on their platforms, giving surfskate great visibility to an ever-growing audience.
