We deliver to mainland France and Corsica, the European Union, as well as Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Australia. French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) are not currently served.

Free shipping from €70

From €70 of purchases, shipping is free in France. To a pickup point for most products, and directly to your home for complete scooters and surfskates (delivered exclusively to home). Below €70, shipping costs are calculated and shown in your cart before you confirm your order.

Corsica: home delivery, slightly longer delivery time.

Europe and international

• European Union: from €5.95 to a pickup point or €6.95 to home — free from €70 to a pickup point.
• Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Monaco, Andorra…: €25.
• United States, Canada, Australia, Emirates: €29.95.

Processing and delivery times

Your orders are prepared and shipped quickly, generally within 24 to 48 hours (business days). Estimated delivery times after shipment: 24-48 h in France, 3 to 5 days in Europe, 5 to 10 days internationally. These times are given for guidance only.

Bulky products

Complete scooters, surfskates, and longboards are shipped by home delivery only (not available to pickup points), to ensure transport suited to their size.

Carriers

Your orders are entrusted to Mondial Relais, Chronopost, DPD, and FedEx (international). A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you as soon as your package leaves.

Delivery issues

In the event of a delay, a damaged package, or a package not received, contact us via our Contact page. We do everything we can to find a solution quickly.

Transfer of risk

In accordance with Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code, risk transfers to the Customer once they take physical possession of the goods.
