What street skateboard width should you choose?
For street riding, go for 7.75″ to 8″: the versatile standard that combines maneuverability and stability. Deck width remains the #1 criterion in street skating. The 7.5″ (Wordart) is compact and light: perfect for kids and first ollies. The 7.75″ (Memphis, Monster) is street skaters' favorite compromise — thin enough to flip, stable enough to send. The 8″ (College, Geo) offers the largest standing area: secure landings and comfort on long sessions, the go-to width of modern street skating.

For beginners, a complete is the smart choice: trucks, wheels and bearings are already mounted and adjusted, so you can ride straight away.
