Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the last item ordered.

Withdrawal is exercised by any unambiguous statement (letter, email, or online form).

Effects of withdrawal

The refund includes all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days following your notification. We will refund you using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Return conditions

Items must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. They must be new, in their preserved original packaging, unassembled, and with all labels intact.

Return shipping costs

ACTA Boardsports covers return shipping costs in the event of an error on our part or a product defect. If the error is on your part, returns are made at the buyer's expense and risk.
