Kids Scooter
For young riders, the right gear makes all the difference. Our stunt scooters for kids feature a compact size, contained weight and a suitable handlebar height: everything they need to build confidence and have fun safely.
Which stunt scooter for a child?
The golden rule: the handlebar should sit between the child's hip and belly button, legs straight. Too high and the scooter gets hard to control; too low and the back compensates. Also go for lower weight so the child can lift it and start on their first jumps. The Mini format of our Mini Neochrome is built for smaller frames: light, handlebar sized right, an iridescent finish that turns heads at school and at the park alike. On age, from around 5-6 for getting the hang of it, 7-8 for the first jumps: what matters is building up in stages (rolling, pushing and braking first, then the bunny hop, then soft modules). A helmet is non-negotiable, knee pads and wrist guards strongly recommended — our protective gear and safety guide breaks down the kit by age. To size it right from the start and avoid buying again in six months, follow the table in our stunt scooter size guide. Once the child grows, the stunt scooter range takes over.
